WHY ARE YOUR QUOTES DISCOUNTED MORE THAN OTHER QUOTES I RECEIVE?

Dealer Services Online LLC represents many of the companies from which you may receive a quote for the exact program. Many times this other quote is much higher - it has been seen as high as $1,800 MORE than Dealer Services Online quote. The philosophy of our company is simple...we offer a great product at a very attractive price and reap the influx of new and referred customers.

WHO IS STANDING BEHIND YOUR PROGRAMS?

All of the programs sold through Dealer Services Online LLC are insured by large, well known and respected insurance groups. The premiums are held in escrow by these companies to pay your future claims. You can rest assured that the money to pay a claim years into the future is safe and secure.

IS MY COVERAGE TRANSFERRABLE IF I SELL MY VEHICLE?

Yes, all of our programs are fully transferrable should you sell your vehicle to another person. There is a small fee to transfer coverage.

I BOUGHT A CONTRACT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, CAN I RETURN THAT ONE AND BUY ONE FROM Dealer Services Online LLC?

Yes, most warranty programs are cancelable and the other company MUST refund any unused portion of the warranty. If you are having difficulty getting the other company to work with you please contact us and we will gladly assist you (if possible) in receiving your money. We do this as a service to you and to keep this industry above board.

HOW DO THE WARRANTY PROGRAMS WORK?

It is acually quite simple. After you purchase coverage your vehicle is covered for a preset length of time or mileage, whichever occurs first. Then should you experience a breakdown you simply bring your vehicle to the repair facility of YOUR choice. BE CERTAIN TO INFORM THE REPAIR FACILITY THAT YOU HAVE A POLICY PRIOR TO THEM BEGINNING WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE. The repair facility communicates with the claims department to discuss the breakdown and receive payment. You pay your deductible and any noncovered items (oil change, new battery, etc) when you pick up your vehicle.

WHAT IS COVERED WITH YOUR PLANS?

This will depend upon a few factors (1) the age of your vehicle; (2) the mileage of your vehicle; (3) the type of vehicle on which you are requesting a quote; and (4) the state in which your reside. When you request a quote you will be emailed a overview of the coverage for which your vehicle qualifies. Should you require more detail about the coverage simply email us and ask, we will be happy to provide you with any information you need to make an informed decision.

ARE RENTAL CARS INCLUDED IN CASE I HAVE A BREAKDOWN?

Yes, most of our programs offer this service. See your contract for complete details

IS ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AND TOWING INCLUDED?

Yes, most of our programs include this option. See your contract for complete details

WHERE CAN I HAVE MY VEHICLE REPAIRED WITH THIS PROTECTION?

At ANY ASE Certified Repair Facility in the United States or Canada.

WHY SHOULDN'T I BUY A POLICY FROM MY AUTOMOBILE DEALER?

Double coverage! The auto dealer begins your coverage from the "In Service" date. Dealer Services Online LLC begins coverage from the date you buy the plan instead of the day the car first went into service. Hence you don't pay for coverage that was already in place from the factory.

WHAT ARE THE DEDUCTIBLE OPTIONS?

Most of our programs have a standard $100.00 deductible. Other deductible options include $50.00; and $0.00. If you are interested in these options simply advise us and we will quote the various programs for your vehicle.

WHAT IS "WEAR AND TEAR"?

"Wear and Tear" is a term used to describe normal use of a part. When a part fails to meet manufacturers specification, yet still works, it is not broken, it is simply worn out.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE PROTECTION?

Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, ACH, PayPal, Check, or Money order

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?

On most programs. Extended Service Contracts will require a small enrollment fee and the remaining balance is spread out over the next 6-18 months.

WHY DO YOU NEED TO KNOW WHICH STATE I RESIDE IN?

We must know where you reside so we do not quote a policy not allowed in your state.
